Getting access

  • • You'll receive an email invite when your admin adds you to a workspace.
  • • If you can't find an invite, check your spam folder or ask an existing admin to resend.
  • • If you're evaluating KndTech AI and need a workspace, start by creating an account.

Billing & plans

  • • Plan changes and invoices are managed from the in-app Billing page by workspace admins.
  • • Usage limits are visible on the Usage page so there are no surprises.
  • • For procurement, security, or custom terms, contact sales.

Security

  • • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; assistants only see sources you connect.
  • • Access is controlled by workspace roles and, where enabled, SSO.
  • • For a deeper overview, share our admin & security documentation with your security team.

Getting help

  • • Inside the app, open the help menu to contact support or share feedback.
  • • We aim to respond to production-impacting issues as quickly as possible during business hours.
  • • For urgent incidents, your account team will provide a direct escalation path.
